Artificial Intelligence Research Forum organized by UAE- UK concludes in Dubai

Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, stressed the importance of establishing international partnerships with the aim of benefiting from scientific research outputs, and creating an integrated vision for the challenges and changes facing the world.

The Minister noted that  the UAE government drive to organise and host international conferences and events with the aim to develop skills, build national capacities, exchange knowledge and experiences in the development of artificial intelligence technology.

This came following the closing of the UK-UAE Artificial Intelligence Research Forum, organised in Dubai in partnership with the UAE National Programme for Artificial Intelligence, the UK Science and Innovation Network, the British Council and Heriot-Watt University Dubai.

More than 20 leading scientists, experts, and government officials from the UK and the UAE participated in the forum and took part in a series of sessions and workshops to have a closer look on the latest innovations, trends, challenges, solutions, and opportunities for collaboration for both countries.

This forum provides an important opportunity to enhance future research cooperation between the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, two world-leading countries in the field of artificial intelligence.
