Bahrain Bourse closed with increase in points

Media IN Manama, June 10 (BNA):

Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,451.41 points marking an increase of 5.40 points above  the previous closing .

This increase was due to the rise   in the Commercial Banks Sector, Investment Sector, Services Sector and Hotels & Tourism Sector.

Bahrain lslamic Index has closed at 767.06 points marking a decrease of 2.92 points below  the previous closing .

Results indicated that 141 equity transactions took place with a volume of 11,772,745 worth BD 2,453,730.

Results also indicated that 3 REIT transactions took place with a volume of 120,000 worth BD11,040  representing %0.45 of the total value of securities traded.

Investors  traded  mainly in  the Commercial Banks Sector representing %74.16 of the total value of securities traded.
