Bahrain Bourse rises during closure

Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,468.30 points marking an increase of 7.67 points above the previous closing.

This increase was due to the rise in the Commercial Banks Sector, Investment Sector, Services Sector and Hotels & Tourism Sector.

Bahrain lslamic Index has closed at 758.39 points marking an increase of 1.51 points above the previous closing.

Results indicated that 80 equity transactions took place with a volume of 5,158,256 worth BD 1,342,521.

Investors traded mainly in the Commercial Banks Sector representing %66.90 of the total value of securities traded.
