Bahrain All Share Index Closed Higher Today

Media IN Manama, May 22 2019 (BNA):

Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,410.84 points marking an increase of 1.41 points above the previous closing.

This increase was due to the rise  in the Investment Sector and Services Sector.

Bahrain lslamic Index has closed at 747.70 points marking an increase of 12.73 points above the previous closing.

Results indicated that 98 equity transactions took place with a volume of 4,175,474 worth BD 621,720.

Results also indicated that two REIT transactions took place with a volume of 100,000 worth BD 9,200 representing %1.46 of the total value of securities traded.

Investors traded mainly in the Commercial Banks Sector representing% 34.27 of the total value of securities traded.
