Bahrain All share index closed higher

Media IN Manama, May 29 (BNA):

Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,430.14 points marking an increase of 2.55 points above  the previous closing .

This increase was due to the rise   in the Commercial Banks Sector and Services Sector.

Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 762.70 points marking a decrease of 1.52 points below  the previous closing .

Results indicated that 51 equity transactions took place with a volume of 2,613,589 worth BD 611,856.

Results also indicated that two REIT transactions took place with a volume of 150,000 worth BD13,800  representing %2.21 of the total value of securities traded.

Investors  traded  mainly in  the Commercial Banks Sector representing %65.91 of the total value of securities traded.
