Abu Dhabi Airports has begun to include real-time flight updates via Twitter and Facebook accounts thanks to the new BizTweet service launched this week.
Ahmed Al Shamsi, Acting Chief Operating Officer, Abu Dhabi International Airport, said in a press release that “Providing detailed information about flights to passengers directly is another milestone in improving our digital experience.
BizTweet is an automated flight information service available to all Abu Dhabi Airports customers via Twitter and Facebook. The latest flight information, including departure times, access and gate, is available for all international flights. Passengers can register via the Abu Dhabi Airport website to receive flight updates via twitter or a message from @ auhflights on their Twitter or Facebook accounts.
