Board of Directors of the Saudi Chambers holds its 100th meeting by hosting Medina

The Board of Directors of the Saudi Chambers headed by Dr. Sami bin Abdullah Al-Obaidi held its 100th meeting today and the 94th Executive Committee Meeting which was hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Medina in Dar Al Taqwa Hotel.
Dr. Sami Al-Obaidi said that the meeting discussed a number of topics aimed at achieving a qualitative leap in the performance of the institutional bodies of the business sector and the private sector in general during the next phase, including training of professional cadres, motivating committees and investment forums and establishing a national entertainment committee to meet the aspirations of the Kingdom’s vision.
He also pointed out the importance of these meetings and their outcomes which contribute to enhancing the role of the business sector as a strategic partner for the public sector in light of this important stage and the Kingdom’s unprecedented economic mobility to achieve the Kingdom’s vision in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Highness the Crown Prince .
For his part, praised the Vice President of the Council of Saudi Chambers, President of the Chamber of Munir Mohammed Nasser bin Saad, the topics and outputs reached by the meeting, which aims to strengthen the role of the private sector in the march of economic and social development in light of the vision of the Kingdom 2030, This elite of economic leaders in the Kingdom is a turning point and an important catalyst for the Chamber to increase economic activity in the region and to take advantage of the comparative advantages and competitive advantage of the Medina area and investment opportunities promising.
He pointed to the directions of the Council of Saudi Chambers aimed at making a qualitative and quantitative shift to keep pace with the private sector rapid changes and be a strategic partner in the process of economic development, pointing out that the Madinah Chamber has developed a strategy based on the comparative advantage and competitiveness of the city and worked to implement them in accordance with the directions of Vision 2030 through Tools, capabilities and initiatives represented in many platforms as an investment platform and investment map for the Medina to become the Medina area and attractive investment destination for local and international investors, in several sectors Including marketing (dates of the city), mining and tourism, through the activation of strategic partnerships with government agencies with the support and follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Prince of Madinah Region and His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Khalid Al Faisal, Region.
In turn, the Secretary-General of the Council of Saudi Chambers, Dr. Saud Al-Mashari thanked the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Medina for the good preparation of the meeting, wishing the city room all the progress and prosperity.
