Khalid Jassim Al Madfaa, Chairman of Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, said that the decision to adopt the VAT refund system for tourism approved by the Council of Ministers is an effective strategic step aimed at raising the status of the tourism sector in the country, especially with the projects, investments and efforts exerted by the State under continuous improvement and development.
