Completed 942 real estate buildings in Abu Dhabi during the last quarter of 2017

During the last quarter of 2017, the number of completed real estate buildings in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi reached 942 buildings of different classification, of which 759 were residential buildings constituting 80.6% of the total buildings completed.
Experts in the construction and construction sector said that the continuous increase in the number of residential buildings completed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi reflects the official interest in securing housing and the good living of citizens and a sign of continued activity in the sector, which is one of the sectors of the national economy.
According to figures released by the Abu Dhabi Center for Statistics, the number of buildings in the Abu Dhabi area reached 392 buildings and 41.6% of total buildings during the fourth quarter of 2017. The number of buildings in Al Ain reached 502 buildings and 53.3% In the Dhafra area, 48 buildings and 5.1%.
In the Al Ain area, there were 502 buildings in the Al-Dhafra area.
As for the classification of buildings according to their use, the industrial buildings came in second place after the first place with 67 buildings, 33 of them in Al Ain area. The number of public facilities buildings reached 40 buildings, 38 commercial buildings and 37 residential buildings.
As for the relative distribution of buildings in the Abu Dhabi area, Al-Shamekhah came first with 19% in the last quarter of last year followed by Mohammed Bin Zayed City owning 18% of completed buildings, 12% for Khalifa City and 7% for Mussafah. On other areas.
