The sectors that are directly related to citizens and their services received the most share. 42.3% of the budget for the next year was allocated to the community development programs and 17% The education system and 7.3% to develop the health sector and provide the best medical services. The Council of Ministers also emphasized the position of the State on the map of global space exploration through the adoption of the Federal Law on the Regulation of the Space Sector, which aims to regulate national space activities in a suitable and appropriate manner to achieve a prosperous and secure space sector and open the way for private sector companies to participate in this sector To be an economic and knowledge sector for future generations. In foreign affairs and international cooperation, the Council adopted the ratification of the Agreement on Cultural Cooperation between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the French Republic and ratified the Air Transport Services Agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of Belize. The Council adopted the final signing of the Air Transport Services Agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Air Services Agreement with the Government of Grenada, the ratification of an agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to promote and protect mutual investments, The United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica to encourage and protect mutual investments, and to approve the accession of the United Arab Emirates to the 1997 Protocol of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships of 1973/78 and Its agreements / Convention on Pollution / on regulations for the prevention of air pollution from ships.
