DP World and Romania Extend Operational Contract for Container Terminal Management in Constanza until 2049

DP World and the Romanian Ministry of Transport have agreed to extend their operational contract on the management of the container terminal at the port of Constanta, Romania, for a period of 30 years until 2049.
The agreement, which was attended by HE Dr. Ahmed Abdulla Saeed Al Matroushi, UAE Ambassador to Romania and HE Fiorica Danchela, Prime Minister of Romania, was signed by HE Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, CEO of DP World, President of Dubai Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation and Romanian Transport Minister Razvan Kok. The headquarters of the Government of Romania in Bucharest, in the presence of DP World board members and a number of senior officials in Romania.
