Dubai Chamber promotes the implementation of best practices in the community, workplace and the environment

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) Welfare and Welfare Group recently concluded a series of three panel discussions entitled “Best Practices in the Community, the Workplace and the Environment” at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The aim of the three sessions was to highlight the adoption of best practices in the community, the workplace and the environment by raising awareness about road safety, employee welfare, waste management and social integration, as well as raising awareness about environmental education.

Dr. Belaid Rettab, Head of Economic Research and Sustainable Development at DCCI, stressed the importance of organizing this series of sessions on a continuous basis, noting that strong participation by decision makers and sustainability professionals from across the emirate and a number of DCCI members reflects awareness These companies recognize the importance of sustainability, responsible practices and their positive impact on their activities and the business environment in Dubai.

The case studies, best practices, strategies and experiences that participating companies share with attendees and participants provide valuable insights, help companies improve their responsible practices, and highlight new areas that companies can focus on.
The Center for Business Ethics was established in Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2004 and has emerged as the leading center for promoting the importance of corporate responsibility to the UAE community.
