Dubai Economic City signs agreement with AXS for licensing services and registration of TECOM free zone companies

 The Commercial Registration and Licensing Sector (DED) of the Department of Economic Development (DED) signed a cooperation agreement with Axs, the operational management of TECOM Group, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, to license and register all TECOM’s free zone operating companies with more than 4,000 companies within the Dubai Industrial Park, Dubai Design and Al Barsha Heights In addition to any existing company within one of the real estate projects developed by TECOM to facilitate its work and make it able to fulfill all its needs without the use of external service centers and enable them to complete transactions in one place, including outsourcing services and licensing applications and Commercial generation. The agreement provides that axs may have access to the licensing system of the Department of Economic Development (DED) in Dubai for licensing and commercial registration of “outsourcing services” and receipt of the required documents and requirements, including the services of booking and identifying the trade name, renewing the license, issuing and renewing the electronic initial approval, processing, revising, And the amendment and renewal of trade permits under the Convention, 70 percent of the jobs created in the axs must be occupied by UAE nationals. Omar Bu Shihab, Executive Director of the Commercial Registration and Licensing Sector at the Department of Economic Development in Dubai, said that Dubai’s economy is keen to improve services to promote the sustainability of economic development and facilitate business and business activities.
