Dubai / Egypt Real Estate Exhibition opens

Dubai Real Estate Exhibition, organized by Al-Ahram in partnership with Spectrum Dubai Consultancy, opened for the second consecutive year in the Dubai World Trade Center. The exhibition was opened by Tariq Abdul Hamid, Consul General of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Dubai and the Northern Region.
The exhibition, which is sponsored by the Egyptian Prime Minister’s Office, aims to offer a variety of distinguished properties in Egypt to Egyptian expatriates and foreign investors who have not had the opportunity to view the Egyptian market. The exhibition is hosted by a large group of 21 major real estate developers Companies specializing in the development of luxury real estate to showcase their projects throughout the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the northern coast overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the new administrative capital project east of Cairo.
“We are reluctant to raise public awareness of Egypt’s huge untapped capabilities that are not being taken into consideration because of the lack of representation and presentation of what the real estate market can offer,” said Abdul Mohsen Salama, head of Al Ahram and Egypt’s Journalists Syndicate.
Vahid Attallah, CEO of Spectrum Consultancy, noted the Egyptian government’s decision to support the exhibition, where officials have worked in recent years to introduce foreign investors into the Egyptian scene by taking the necessary measures to facilitate real estate ownership in Egypt.
Hisham Shukri, Chairman of Roaya Real Estate Investment Group, said: “We are delighted to be back in Dubai this year to showcase our range of the best real estate development solutions for residents in the UAE. To provide the diverse investment potential in the Egyptian real estate market.
The Egypt Real Estate Show last year achieved a total sales of $ 55.2 million
