The Dubai Export Development Corporation (DEDC), one of the DED’s institutions, has launched the “Source of Intentional Service” which is the first of its kind to be based on preparing UAE companies and ensuring their readiness through a new service that assesses the capabilities and readiness of the source, .
The Foundation provides this service in partnership with SGS, an international credit specialist, to develop the potential of UAE companies and enhance the export capacity of Dubai to international markets.
Mohammed Al Kamali, Deputy CEO, said: “We strive to support the country’s strategic plans to increase foreign trade and reduce dependence on oil.” Through its services, it has provided promotional platforms for UAE companies in international forums as it seeks to support UAE products.
He pointed out that the Foundation also seeks to increase the volume of UAE exports to international markets and aims to diversify its strategic partners from local and international institutions and entities and create joint initiatives in order to diversify the services and facilities provided to serve the general direction of the State and meet the needs of exporters.
