A delegation from the Real Estate Investment Promotion and Management Center, the investment arm of the Dubai Land Department, held several meetings with government officials and selected Egyptian investors during the visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt as part of the ongoing efforts of the Department through the Center.
The visit of the Center’s delegation follows the efforts of its staff to discuss possible cooperation opportunities in the field of investment on the sidelines of the real estate tour and the workshops held by the Center in the Egyptian capital Cairo.
During the visit, the Center organized a roundtable for media professionals and held a special meeting with female investors in Egypt to promote and promote real estate investment in Dubai in the presence of a number of Egyptian businesswomen interested in investing in the Dubai real estate market.
“The visit gave us an opportunity to present attractive investment opportunities to potential real estate investors and Egyptian investors were informed about the unique investment characteristics of the real estate market in Dubai,” said Magda Ali Rashid, Assistant General Manager of the Center for Encouragement and Management of Real Estate Investment. All the targeted segments will see their positive results in the near future.
The delegation received an invitation from the Deputy Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities and held a meeting at the Ministry’s headquarters during which the latest projects in Egypt, including the Administrative and Scientific capitals, were discussed and the means of cooperation and exchange of experiences between the two parties were discussed.
She noted that the delegation also met with investors and decision makers in the real estate sector to discuss ways of cooperation in promoting investment and promotion of real estate investment in Dubai in the presence of a number of Egyptian officials concerned.
