Dubai Land organizes a real estate conference in cooperation with the World Bank

The Dubai Land Department organized a two-day public-private sector consultation in Dubai, in cooperation with the World Bank, which lasted two days in Dubai with the participation of 50 participants from consultants, specialists and experts in the real estate sector to exchange knowledge between different international experiences in the field of public-private partnership In the real estate sector. “Dubai Land is partnering with the World Bank to organize a public-private sector consultation forum in the field of real estate,” said Sultan Butti Bin Mujrin, General Manager, Dubai Land Department. “This workshop will share knowledge between the various international experiences in the field of public- Real estate sector through the participation of consultants and international experts. The forum highlighted important ideas from the government on the barriers and obstacles to implementing public-private partnerships for land management, understanding the private sector’s demand, expectations and perceptions of risks. In addition to reviewing and presenting views on the initial tools developed to facilitate partnerships between Sectors in Land Management. Participants at the event agreed on the fact that public-private partnership in land management is attracting a great deal of attention as it is seen as one of the main mechanisms to address the problems of lack of land management services in many emerging economies.
