Dubai Municipality announces investment opportunities for major parks in the emirate

Dubai Municipality has announced several investment opportunities in the Emirate’s public gardens, through the areas of activities, the allocation of different areas for restaurants and various commercial activities, and opening the door to investors to present their investment ideas as well as within the investment map for each garden.
Al Khor Park has its facilities and services such as hiking and barbecue areas, children’s games, cruises and bicycle rentals, as well as a wide range of facilities such as the Dubai Dolphin Center and the Children’s City, which has various showrooms. The park has received approximately 3.8 million visitors over the last 3 years.
The Mamzar Park is characterized by its vast area and its unique location on the golden sands of the beach, where there are many areas and recreational and entertainment sites that are surrounded by the magnificent garden. The park provides beach facilities, children’s games, chalets and beach sports, as well as swimming pools, a skateboard and a variety of activities. The park receives the largest number of visitors to Dubai’s major public parks. The number of visitors over the last 3 years has reached 5.7 million visitor.
It includes Musharraf Park, a national park. The number of visitors during the past three years to nearly 3.35 million visitors.
Zabeel Park, which houses the Dubai Gate, which has brought a million visitors in 2018 and has a dynamic location, has attracted over 3.1 million visitors over the past three years.
Al Safa Park overlooks the canal. Over the past three years, the number of visitors has exceeded 730,000. It is considered to be a privileged location on Sheikh Zayed Road in the heart of Dubai.
