The Dubai Property Department has announced the launch of the Dubai Property Exhibition, which will open in Shanghai, China, for three days. The event, organized by the Dubai Real Estate Investment Promotion and Management Center, will be attended by a selection of leading real estate, brokerage and finance companies in Dubai. The exhibition is part of a comprehensive plan developed by the Center for the Encouragement and Management of Real Estate Investment, which will organize a promotional tour of exhibitions, most notably the Dubai Properties Exhibition in London, which will be held from 16 to 18 November and in Mumbai from 7 to 9 December and in Moscow during the period from 19 to 21 April. Majda Ali Rashid, Assistant General Manager, Head of the Dubai Real Estate Investment Promotion and Management Center, said: “We focus primarily on highlighting Dubai’s strategic location and diversified economy, which has been a magnet for investors from all over the world. Dubai has been able to take the lead in its regional environment by providing a safe environment for living, working, investing and a diversified economic climate capable of attracting all business sectors, promising growth activities and new industries. “The statistics from Dubai Land show that our real estate market is receiving increasing interest from Chinese investors as Dubai has become a favorite destination of Dubai as developers and other stakeholders are keen to highlight their high quality projects, To suit the cultures and needs and aspirations of different current and future.
