Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) has launched the new B2B Attractions Marketplace to enhance communication between local tourism destinations and travel and tourism companies around the world. This initiative provides a framework for the revitalization of the sector by linking its components to a wide network of distribution and sales channels worldwide.
The launch of the Amusement Park is a comprehensive platform that will effectively transform Dubai into the world’s most visited city by 2025, offering local destinations and experiences to specialized companies from around the world and helping them manage reservations and customer relationships through solutions. Which allows the tourism and leisure destinations to develop their own ticket system and its brand, thus contributing to the enhancement of its presence in the international markets.
The Landmark Mall combines innovative technologies and promotional campaigns for e-travel and reseller channels such as Expedia, Trip Advisor, and Klook.
Esam Kazim, CEO of Dubai Tourism and Tourism Marketing (DTCM), said: “The Landmark Mall is designed to be the latest and aims to enhance the presence and promotion of leisure destinations in international markets.
E-travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, websites and destination management companies can now take advantage of the platform through management tools, reduce operational costs, increase efficiency and deliver unified customer services. The platform also provides sophisticated reporting tools and an integrated system to analyze ticket sales and core distribution channels.
