Emirates Islamic Bank launches the Watsab Banking Talk service

Emirates Islamic Bank has announced the launch of Wattasab, the first Islamic bank in the world, to launch the banking solution through the application of the famous messaging system to enhance the bank’s digital banking system, allowing customers to use a range of features such as checking Account balances and current bank cards are temporarily blocked or unblocked.
Waseem Saifi, Executive Vice President Retail Banking and Wealth Management at Emirates Islamic Bank, said that the launch of Watasab’s customer banking service comes as a reflection of the Bank’s continued commitment to digitizing its services and enhancing interaction with customers through social networking platforms. Modernized paving the way for customers to switch from traditional branches to digital channels in line with Dubai Smart initiative.
