Empower is participating in the 2018 Energy Annual Conference in America

Emirates Corporation for Central Cooling Systems (Empower) will participate in the 2018 Energy Annual Conference, which will be hosted by Baltimore County, Maryland, from 5-9 March under the theme “Sharing solutions for a sustainable future”, in conjunction with the meeting of the International Association of Area Energy On the sidelines of the conference.
The conference addresses a number of topics related to renewable energy, environment and sustainable development. It highlights global warming and smart solutions in district cooling, utility planning, environmental challenges and treatment, as well as workshops and technical presentations in the fields of renewable energy.
Ahmed Bin Shafar, CEO of the Foundation, is attending the meeting as a member of the board of directors of the association, which he holds as the first Arab since 2013.
“Through its participation in the conference and the meeting of the Board of Directors of the International Energy Association (IEA), Empower is keen to adopt the latest cooling solutions in the region, especially in the Emirate of Dubai. The experience of Dubai in this area and learn about the various international experiences in the use of clean energy and the most prominent solutions used in energy conservation. “
