ENOC strengthens its presence in the supply and distribution of fuel in Malta

ENOC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Enemide, a government-owned fuel distribution and supply company, to enhance cooperation in key projects in Malta and other global markets as part of the Group’s efforts to strengthen its global presence and reach regional and international markets. Under the MoU, ENOC will explore development opportunities and future cooperation between the two companies and align these plans in substance and objectives with the Group’s strategy to expand its global presence in fuel supply and distribution. “Malta has a strategic location at the intersection of some of the most active commercial hubs, which carry more than 120 million tons of petroleum products, making it one of the major global cargo terminals in the Mediterranean,” said Seif Humaid Al Falasi, CEO of ENOC Group. “ENOC provides significant opportunities for strategic partnerships that expand its global operations and contribute to meeting the growing demand for fuel,” he said, adding that he believes that the partnership with Enemide will strengthen ENOC’s development plans in Malta as well as its role in strengthening relations.
