European stocks rise

Major European shares closed higher today.
The Euro Stoxx 50 index rose 0.78 percent to 3376.94 points, while Germany’s DAX rose 129.87 points to 12,103.79 points.
The Dutch AEX index gained 3.65 points to close at 553.24 points.
