Ministry of finance in KSA announces closing date for issuance of denominated Sukuk Program

The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the May 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 2,840 billion.

The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:
– The first tranche has a size of SAR 0.655 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 2.705 billion, matures in 2028.
– The second tranche has a size of SAR 2,185 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 9,482 billion, matures in 2031.
