Dubai will host the first Arab Land and Property Management Conference, which will be held over three days from 26 to 28 February 2018.
The conference addresses many of the most challenging current issues in Arab countries, including how to manage land to reduce conflicts, maximize the use of land and property by individuals, the state and society.
In addition to being a platform for knowledge sharing, the conference will contribute to enhancing regional cooperation, capacity development and innovation in land management and real estate reform to promote social and economic development in the Arab region.
In this aspect, Sultan Luti Bin Mujrin, Director General, Dubai Land Department, said: “The choice of Dubai City to coincide with the first Arab land and real estate management conference was not part of the real estate sector but because Dubai has become a unique model, not only in aspects related to real estate renaissance, but is truly a leader in various fields related to sustainable development, environmental conservation and the application of the highest standards of green buildings.
He also added “With the participation of a group of leading real estate and land professionals, the event will be a high-end knowledge platform to encourage the exchange of more knowledge and the latest research, to contribute to the development of The capabilities of the Arab countries on this very vital subject.
