The global manufacturing sector posted the highest growth in seven years

The world manufacturing sector has rebounded significantly and figures from the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) showed an increase in the value of added manufacturing by 3.5 percent in 2017, the highest growth recorded by the organization in the world for seven years.
According to the latest annual economic report issued by the Vienna-based UNIDO, industrial economies in developing and emerging countries showed remarkable improvement and achieved 3.7 percent last year. The report attributed the improvement to several factors including low energy prices, increased investment and environmental availability Encouraging in money markets and consumer markets.
The volume of manufacturing in European countries grew by 2.7 percent in the last year and by 2.6 percent in East Asia. China achieved the largest growth rate in manufacturing by 6.5 percent.
