Gulf Air Enhances Automated Communication with Emarsys

Bahrain national carrier Gulf Air has signed a partnership deal with Emarsys, a leading independent marketing platform company to enhance its customer automated communication systems.

With this deal, Gulf Air will now be able to connect to passengers prior to and post the flight experience and offer value-added and personalised communication. This will enhance the overall customer experience at every step of the journey.

Emarsys features offered to Gulf Air include hyper-targeted promotions, data-driven newsletters, personalised content for Falconflyer members and customer behaviour tracking.

With the objective of ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience, the airline will work closely with Emarsys to fully integrate communication platforms so as to stay agile and understand its customers’ interests on an individual basis, the airline said in a statement.
