Holding the first meeting of the Dubai Council for the future of transport will be held

The Dubai Council for the Future of Transport discussed at its first meeting today four main axes: self-driving vehicles, technology and smart systems for the future of transport and new business models to promote the use of mass transit, shared transport and sustainable transportation.
He also discussed global trends in the future of transport, projects and initiatives that Dubai intends to implement in this regard.
The meeting was chaired by HE Mattar Al Tayer, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Chairman of the Dubai Council, in the presence of 15 members of the experts and future advisors at the local and international levels.
The Dubai Transport Council is one of 13 councils in the Dubai Future Council.
