The issuance of the Kingdom’s Sukuk programs in Saudi Arabia and the value of billions of riyals

The Saudi Ministry of Finance announced yesterday that it has completed receiving investors’ requests for its sixth domestic issuance under the Saudi government Sukuk program in Saudi riyals.

The volume of the issue was set at a total amount of SR 5 billion. The issuance was divided into three tranches, the first of which is SR 3.800 billion for sukuk payable in 2023 and the second tranche of SR 750 million for sukuk payable in 2025. The third tranche was SR 450 In 2028
