It is noteworthy that the report of the Statistics Center on the number of buildings completed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi issued earlier showed that the second quarter of this year witnessed a large activity on Saadiyat Island followed by the city of Mohammed bin Zaid, which is indicative of the construction of housing for the purpose of housing in the center of the capital, freehold.
According to the law, foreigners are allowed to own in the free zones, which include Al Reem, Al-Mariyya, Saadiyat, and others. The indicators related to the sector’s work have recently shown an increase in the demand of foreigners to own residential units in these areas.
