Italian-Italian Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Export Credit sign a memorandum of understanding

The Union of Export Credit has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Italian-Arab Joint Chamber of Commerce, based in Italy, to promote the Arab-Italian economic and trade relations by focusing on the Halal industry and providing access to Islamic credit and financial solutions provided by the Union for Export Credit.
This move is in line with the mission of the Union for Export Credit to support the UAE’s diversification strategy by offering a range of conventional and Shariah-compliant financial solutions and products to companies in the UAE to help them expand their regional and global reach.
In addition, this partnership focuses on supporting the Halal industry as well as enhancing business and business relationships between companies in the UAE and Italy.
The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the UAE-Italy Business Forum held in Dubai yesterday, in the presence of HE Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Export Credit and Luigi de Mayo, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development, Labor and Social Policy of Italy and a number of senior officials.
