Jazan Chamber, in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing, represented by the Development Housing, organized a meeting in the presence of the Director of Housing Development Department Eng. Mohammed Al Dakhil, Director of Development Housing Department in Jazan Region and a number of businessmen and contractors in Jazan region.
The meeting aims at introducing the “Building” platform and reviewing the opportunities in Jazan region in the various governorates, centers, villages and Al Hajar, and the mechanism of applying on the podium by the contractors and enhancing the speed of meeting the needs of the beneficiary families of housing development program in all regions of the Kingdom, in the construction sector to benefit from the opportunities of the projects put forward and contribute to their implementation.
The meeting included a detailed explanation of the platform and the work of a flexible and innovative work model, which provides opportunities to build residential units, presented by developers and contractors in different regions, steps taken in electronic form, from the review of opportunities for housing construction projects, through the stages of technical evaluation and financial until completion of the contract for its implementation.
The adoption of the “Banaa” platform comes within the framework of the Ministry of Housing’s initiative, represented by the Housing Development Department, as one of the initiatives of the housing program within the vision of the Kingdom 2030, which aims to meet the needs of the most needy families in the community, enabling them to own the right housing,
