Launching of brokerage services in the Abu Dhabi Global Courts

Abu Dhabi International Courts (ADX) have established the independent jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADX) to provide brokerage services to the growing demand for brokerage solutions and services by market players and litigants.
This new service is designed to enable them to settle their disputes through alternative options represented by internationally accredited intermediaries of the ADX Courts.
“The adoption of brokerage services by the Abu Dhabi Global Courts is an important step in improving our services as it is an effective way to resolve disputes that do not require judicial action,” said Lord Hope, Chief Justice of Abu Dhabi Global Markets. “In response to the growing demand for brokerage services, The necessary framework for settling disputes that will help preserve commercial and personal relations. This initiative is an important addition to the status of Abu Dhabi Financial Market Courts and a leading regional and international dispute resolution destination.
The brokerage service of the Abu Dhabi International Market Courts (ADNOC) will be able to negotiate and settle disputes before an independent and impartial intermediary with all efficiency and cost.
