Article 41 allows for the pre-interpretation of the value of customs duties on a commodity for payment of a fee not exceeding 1000 pounds, He added that Article 43 stipulates that the maritime or river transport sector may not license vessels to dock in other than the ports designated for that or in the Suez Canal and its lakes and corridors or in the estates of the Nile River without the prior permission of the Customs Authority, These cases shall be submitted to the nearest customs branch within 12 hours of anchoring the vessel He pointed out that the draft law also guarantees penalties for the customs duty not complying with the legal rules and work systems start warning and then stop for one year doubled to two years when the violation repeated, and finally revoke the license
