Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKIA) has announced the opening of its new service center in Abu Dhabi, which has chosen the third floor of the West Tower at the Abu Dhabi Mall as its headquarters, in a new move to raise the level of support provided to its customers. The new integrated center includes a range of comprehensive services provided by RAKs to its customers under one roof, highlighted by visa services, licenses and rentals, as well as a series of other support and support services, in order to ensure the speed and smooth service of its customers. Rami Glad, Executive Director, RACS Group, said: “RTA always places the comfort of its customers at the top of its priorities as it spares no effort to enhance the services provided to them and facilitate their access without any complications. Residents in the capital have trouble going to headquarters to apply for support and assistance as they are all now at their fingertips. He added that this integrated service center is the third addition to the Authority this year, where the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah has already witnessed the birth of its first and second service centers. He pointed out that these three centers, which focus on customer service, confirms that RAK always fulfills its promises.
