Rashid Al Nuaimi receives the certificate of customer satisfaction

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Head of Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman, said that the department is now adding a new success to its record of reaching out to every individual in the emirate and that it has successfully obtained the certificate of customer satisfaction charter to be the first government department in Ajman. This came during the receipt of the ISO 1001: 2018 certificate of the Customer Satisfaction Agreement from the donor company Peruviritas SA in the presence of Abdulrahman Al Nuaimi, Director General of Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman, Raja Rabia, French Consul General in Dubai, Nicolas Milan, CEO of Pervertas and Mr. Marwan Al Aridi Mr. Marwan Al Nuaimi, Director of Customer Centers, Mr. Ibrahim Al Riyami, Head of Quality Department, and a number of employees.
He added that the department is keen to provide the best services and simplify the procedures and effective communication with all segments of the community, where the work is diligently to launch the distinctive services through smart applications to launch modern electronic systems, including the system read the outline of the site and identify errors in just 3 minutes, Owners, consultants and dealers and enable them to enjoy distinctive service with the least time and effort possible.
He explained that the department has always sought to take the views of the customers and listen to their observations and knowledge of their requirements and to turn their needs into reality, the impact of which is felt by all.
Sheikh Rashid Al Nuaimi said that the department believes that it is a government institution that works in an integrated manner with local and federal authorities and agencies and seeks to strengthen its strong relations with its partners and benefit from the fruitful experiences that are first and foremost in serving the client and facilitating it and providing the desired life for the population in the emirate.
