Saudi Arabia re-opens its sixth issue of the local sukuk program

The Saudi Ministry of Finance announced the completion of the reception of additional investors’ requests for domestic issuance by re-opening the previous sixth issue for the first time in April this year under the Saudi government Sukuk program in Saudi riyals. The issue volume was set at SAR 3.950 billion, Billion riyals.
The first tranche was SR3.350 billion for sukuk in 2023 and the second tranche of SR 350 million for Sukuk maturing in 2025 while the third tranche is SR 250 million, due in 2028.
