Saudi Electricity Company issues Islamic bonds worth $ 2 billion

  The Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has announced the issuance of two-tranche international Islamic bonds worth $ 2 billion (7.5 billion Saudi riyals), divided into two tranches, worth $ 800 million.
On September 13, the company announced its intention to return to international debt instruments markets by launching a promotional campaign to meet investors in preparation for a possible sukuk issue.
