Saudi Grains Organization (SAGO) has completed procedures for importing 900,000 tons of fodder barley during the period (August – October 2019), which represents the third batch of fodder barley on board 15 ships.
The Governor of the Organization, Engineer Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Faris said today that the third batch of imported fodder barley comes within the framework of meeting the local demand and maintaining strategic stocks.
SAGO aims to maintain its status as one of the most important sectors in the field of food security by following the best practices to develop and enhance its activities.
SAGO also seeks to supply high-quality wheat flour that meets the consumer expectations and achieves the efficiency in production.
