“Your tax return in 4 steps” .. A comprehensive awareness campaign for the business sectors

The Federal Tax Authority has launched a comprehensive awareness campaign under the slogan “Your Tax Decision in 4 Steps” aimed at the business sectors registered within the VAT system to introduce the electronic system launched in early February to start receiving business sector statements for the first tax period, January 2018, which must submit such statements by a maximum of 28 February 2018.
The TRA has identified four basic electronic steps to provide tax returns by the business sectors with a simplified mechanism through the eServices Portal through the official website of the Authority.
4 Steps
The first step of submitting the tax return is to enter the eServices portal on the website of the Federal Tax Authority and choose the VAT tab to reach the registrar’s declaration. The second step is to fill the form of the declaration form, which includes sales and other outputs Including VAT, VAT and the calculation of tax payable for the relevant tax period.
She pointed out that the third step is to submit the declaration after careful review is pressed “submission”. The fourth and final step is to pay the tax due to the Authority or to request a refund of the tax if the Registrar wishes to do so through the tabulation of “My Payments”, with full observance of the payment schedules.
