Women’s real estate investments in Dubai hit AED 8bn in Six months

Total investments by women from different nationalities within Dubai’s real estate sector in the first six months of 2019 valued at around AED 8 billion, data by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) showed.

These investments were pumped into the emirate through 5,870 transactions by 5,000 female investors, c DLD in a press release on sunday

Meanwhile, total real estate transactions in Dubai valued at AED 119 billion in the January-June period of 2019, according to the DLD.

The DLD previously said that total real estate transactions in Dubai valued at more than AED 34 billion during the first five months of 2019, up 33% from AED 24 billion in 2018
