 Dubai will host the fourth edition of the World Islamic Economy Summit, which will be held on 30 and 31 October under the theme “Together for Future Leadership” organized by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Dubai Center for the Development of Islamic Economy in cooperation with Thomson Reuters, a strategic partner under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The summit will attract influential figures from leading decision makers, experts and specialists in the Islamic economy from around the world to share ideas and visions, discuss major challenges facing the global Islamic economy, and introduce new opportunities offered by innovative technologies. It is expected to attract more than 3,000 participants, exceeding the number of attendees in the third edition of the Summit in 2016, which witnessed the participation of about 2500 dignitaries and representatives of government agencies and business leaders from 74 countries.
