A partnership agreement between the Saudi Academy of Civil Aviation and Saudi Shipping Lines

The Saudi Civil Aviation Academy and Saudi Shipping Company Limited have signed a training partnership agreement under which a number of employees will be trained
The company is in the Academy through specialized training programs, aiming to contribute to raising the level of safety and efficiency of air cargo workers.
The signing ceremony was held under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Abdul Hakim Bin Mohammed Al Tamimi, Chairman of the General Authority for Civil Aviation, in the presence of the Chairman of the Saudi Shipping Company Limited Fawaz Al Fawaz. The agreement was signed by the President of the Saudi Academy of Civil Aviation Fahd Bin Sulaiman Al Harbi, Ltd. Chief Executive Officer Omar Hariri.
For his part, the President of the Saudi Academy of Civil Aviation, said that this agreement highlights the commitment of the Academy to train and enhance the efficiency of personnel in the aviation sector and air transport in general and the shipping sector in particular. “The Saudi Academy of Civil Aviation is a leading educational entity in the region, It has also received international accreditations and confessions from the largest international aviation organizations, led by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
Al-Harbi noted the role played by the academy to be a major contributor to the development of aeronautics at the international level, and the localization of the technology of the civil aviation industry in the Kingdom and the implementation of approved plans to meet the needs of human cadres specialized in aviation sciences, Air transport according to international standards in line with the vision of the Kingdom 2030.
For his part, the CEO of Saudi Shipping Co. Ltd. expressed his pleasure to sign the agreement which will support the air cargo market with qualified national cadres
Through the specialized programs offered by the Academy in the areas of airport security, safety and operation of airports, regulations and regulations of the General Authority of Civil Aviation, airport regulations and regulations, hazardous materials, emergency response plans and air freight terms. The quality of its training programs approved by international civil aviation organizations, stressing that this agreement will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the national transformation program 2020, and included many qualified national cadres of the company.
