“Abu Dhabi Economy” is the mechanism to issue licenses for mobile cars to sell food

Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADED) is currently preparing a study to regulate and develop the mobile car licensing mechanism for the Abu Dhabi Dealer, one of the initiatives supporting Abu Dhabi’s economic package to facilitate business and private sector support.
The study aims to reorganize the practice of this type of activity to develop the services sector by organizing the practice of working in mobile cars for selling food, in order to encourage the entrepreneurs in coordination with the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities and related bodies in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The study also aims at updating the distribution rules for the distribution of the license service and distributing the licenses of mobile cars and permits according to the needs and requirements of the region or the target location for the activity and the allocation of fixed and fixed places.
Mohammed Muneef Al Mansouri, Executive Director of Abu Dhabi Business Center, said in a press release that MediaN is a copy of this study. It is clear that the suspension of issuance of licenses and permits for mobile cars to sell food will be temporary to prepare a study in this regard with the relevant government agencies to regulate the sites of activity and facilitate the procedures for entrepreneurs.
“These measures aim to encourage entrepreneurship and contribute to the provision of more diversified service and economic activities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. This opens the way for entrepreneurs to start their small business activities and contribute to providing a wide service base in the emirate,” said Mounif Al Mansouri.
Al-Mansouri said that last year, the Department of Economic Development issued 436 mobile car licenses in addition to 927 car dealerships in Abu Dhabi. The Department is keen to provide an ideal and convenient environment for the owners of mobile cars licenses and permits in the various regions and cities of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. In accordance with the necessary standards and requirements to ensure the preservation of their rights and the development of their business.
Hamad Al Mutawa, Chief Operating Officer of the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities, explained that the mechanism of granting licenses and permits for mobile car sales activities will contribute to enhancing the joint efforts of government agencies in redistributing mobile vehicles properly for the commercial activity.
