Sharjah Economic City concludes National Entrepreneurship Fair and Expo Khorfakan

The Sharjah Department of Economic Development (DED) concluded its 7th National Entrepreneurship Exhibition in the Al Khalidiya and Expo Khorfakkan Council, which attracted hundreds of visitors.
More than 30 exhibitors participated in the exhibition, which was held in Al Khalidiya Council to support the national sector and entrepreneurs’ projects amid a range of activities targeting different age groups to include all members of the family.
Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Suwaidi, head of the Department of Economic Development in Sharjah, said the support of the national sector and the commercial projects of national entrepreneurs and the domestic sector comes within the strategic plans of the department, which is based on economic development and development of economic sectors and work to highlight them and support them by all means. Specialized exhibitions that showcase and market products and services contribute significantly to the dissemination of entrepreneurial culture.
He stressed that the department works according to the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, to help citizens and citizens to enter the market and to practice economic work and support their work, initiatives and ideas.
He pointed out that the exhibition organized by the department has succeeded in encouraging local investment and boosting the economy in the emirate. He stressed that the Department of Economic Development is working to empower citizens and citizens of small and medium enterprises to achieve success in national entrepreneurship in all economic sectors.
