The Ministry of Housing has announced the completion of 531 housing units in the Jizan residential project, representing 70% of the project called “Al Safwa Garden”.
The ministry said in a press statement that the project, which is one of the fruits of partnership with the private sector, is strategically located close to important vital places, such as Jazan University, King Abdullah Airport and Corniche City. The beneficiaries will be delivered to their residential units within a period of not more than 36 months, On the division of phases of the project for 5 stages of time with an area of 16 thousand square meters for each stage, stressing that there are many quality guarantees to be provided to citizens, and the project is integrated infrastructure and public utilities and parks and green areas.
The project is located on a total area of 90 thousand square meters, and includes 21 residential buildings were divided into two models, the area of residential units “apartments” and the number on each floor
(Role), but they share the number of rooms and the five bedrooms each, indicating that the first model consists of 4 apartments on each floor, the area of †<†<to 192 square meters, while the second model contains two apartments on each floor, the space of one apartment to 208 Square meters.
The project provides a list of integrated vital services and services that serve the needs of all family members and their social, recreational, residential and security needs.
The first is the family area with a master bedroom, one bedroom, one bedroom, a dressing room for the family and a lounge. The service area consists of a kitchen and maid’s room. The third area includes a guest area with a dining room and a board.
