The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Housing program, has launched 8 new housing projects in partnership with the private sector, offering 13,606 ready and under construction residential units (apartments, villas and townhouses) in four areas: Riyadh, Makkah, Medina and Qassim.
Three new residential projects have been launched in Riyadh, namely Suhail Al Riyadh, Pulse Qiran and Shams Al Diar. The first 3814 housing units under construction will be built on a total area of 1.720. 430 m 2, and suitable prices for residential units starting from 404 thousand riyals, while the project “pulse Qairan” 4358 units under construction of a type (townhouse, apartments), which is held on a total area of the project up to 1.294.770 m 2, Residential in Qiran pulse starts from 282 thousand riyals, and in the project, “Sun Riyadh” there are 503 housing units of the type Villa and Town House, in the Ministry’s land north of Riyadh and Z area of more than 343 thousand square meters, with prices starting from 568 thousand riyals.
The project is one of the modern projects of the Ministry of Housing in partnership with the private sector. The project provides 1035 housing units under construction of apartments type, starting from 311 thousand riyals, with a total area of 87,662 square meters.
In Madinah, the project “Durrat Al Madina 2” and “Al-Hassan” is highlighted. The first provides 1877 residential units under construction of apartments, on a total area of 515,000 m2, with prices starting at 298 thousand riyals. 1659 residential units of the type of apartments, is a total area of 350.737 m 2, and prices starting from 326 thousand riyals for the residential unit.
In the Qassim area, the Qassim orchards project in Buraidah will have a total area of 86.240 m2 and will provide 78 villas with a suitable price starting from 650,000 riyals. Thousand square meters in the city of Dammam, and offers 282 apartments with prices starting from 286 thousand riyals.
