The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Jordan announced the price index of crude oil Brent crude oil derivatives according to global reference markets approved by the Ministry for the pricing of oil derivatives. Where Brent crude prices during the second week of July fell by 2 percent compared to the first week of the same month, dropping from 76.46 dollars per barrel to 75.45 dollars. The price of gasoline octane 95 fell by 0.3 percent this week from the first week, recording the lowest price on Thursday amounted to 691.91 dollars per ton and the highest price last Tuesday at 730.5 dollars, while the price of gasoline octane 90 this week, the rate last week of this month The lowest price on Thursday at $ 673.5 per ton and the highest record price was Tuesday at $ 712.22 with the price of liquefied natural gas at $ 566.25 per ton, a rise of 1.4 percent from the price for the month of June. The price of Brent crude reached $ 78 a barrel on Tuesday, falling to $ 72.22 on Thursday, marking the lowest price for the week, closing and closing the week up by about $ 2 to reach $ 74.33 a barrel last Friday. According to the global reference markets adopted by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for the pricing of oil derivatives, the price of diesel during the second week of this month decreased by 0.62 percent, compared to the first week and reached a low of last Thursday at $ 634.77 per ton and the highest price on Tuesday at $ 668.2. Local prices of gasoline, diesel and kaz have not been raised since 1 May 2018, and the rise in international prices has not been reflected in the June and July prices.
