Jordan bourse rises 0.24% in a week

The general price index of shares listed on the Jordanian Stock Exchange increased by 0.24% to close the week at 1828.0 points.
The average daily trading volume on the Amman Stock Exchange during the week reached JD 5.9 million compared to JD 5.6 million the previous week, an increase of 4.9%, while the total weekly trading volume reached JD 29.6 million, compared to JD 28.2 million for the previous week.
A total of 24.5 million shares changed hands through 10909 transactions.
